During the nineties, Lucky Peterson and Joe Louis Walker have been at the forefront of a new generation of bluesmen who added a solid dose of funk and groove to the celebrated Chicago blues, creating a new and exciting form of contemporary music. Here you will find both of them alongside the Hendrix influenced prodigy that was Bill Perry who left us too soon and the Mississippi born Magic Slim, a veteran roots musician whose energy and roughness denotes a real rock 'n' roll attitude.
